- Exchange vouchers used are non-refundable.
- Exchange vouchers cannot be used or traded for commercial purposes.
- You can check your 렉스 registration details in 'Holding 렉스'.
- The validity period of the exchange voucher is 5 years from the date of issue.
- 렉스 vouchers registered after purchase cannot be cancelled.
- If you repeatedly enter the wrong voucher number, use may be restricted.
- You can request a refund, such as cancellation, from the place of purchase within 7 days of registration for any unused 렉스.
- The number of registrations may vary depending on the exchange voucher.
- In case of refund, a 10% refund fee will be deducted to prevent fraudulent payments and cash exchange.
